I have been here plenty of times, with friends, family,...even multiple times in a week. Each time we spent more than 300k each person. With this price, i think it's reasonable to say that i should not be paying for parking. I don't know what the deal is between this establishment and the family who runs the parking but it needs to end. If i spent more than 1mil a meal, you should at least have a decency to provide free parking. While i was not too bother with the 5k fee for plenty of times, at least provide the service i paid for. The minute i came outside for my bike, the grimy parking lady immediately ran there from across the stress and repeatedly yell "5k, 5k", not even bother checking the parking ticket nor giving me a minute to find my stuffs. When i requested her to move my bike so we can get going, she said why she would move a bike for a young man. Ehmmm because i paid for this? When i mentioned that she said that was the fee to "watch my bike". I can watch my own bike, plus she didnt even check to make sure i have a ticket for this bike. Anybody could've paid her 5k and take my bike. Who is even this lady? NO ONE, and i mean it, in this ENTIRE CITY ever make their customers whom pays millions vnd everytime to pay extra EVERYTIME for parking, and when their customer ask to have their bike to be moved, they get an argument from a lazy, grimy, easy money grabber who can't do her job that she wants to get paid for. Mcdonald's security guard memorizes you and pulled out the bike, ready for you even from first visit. The local pho place even put sun reflectors to keep your bike seat cool. NONE OF THOSE PPL EXPECT TO GET PAID. What a terrible idea and what a terrible experience. I don't know what choke hold this family has on you and i don't know how much money you are saving by passing the bucket onto your customer but i will NEVER, EVER come back to this establishment unless i'm personally responded to and informed that this matter is resolved. I will tell everyone expat and Vietnamese friends and family this as well. Such a great disrespect to your customers. While everyone else is doped up and ok with it, mild inconvenience right? Doesn't mean that it's ok for you to keep disrespecting...
Read moreRating based on the quality of the food, since I don't drink beer often. Take this review in that context.
I took the Prohibition BBQ Burger. "Two 50/50 bacon and beef patties", the menu proclaimed. And indeed there were - each one about 2mm thick. If they'd been any thinner, you'd have been able to see through them. The overall flavour of the burger was just weird, and not pleasant.
Thinking I'd give things a chance to redeem themselves with a spot of dessert, I ordered the brownie and ice cream. After rather a long wait, a brownie the size of a house brick appeared, with a tiny scoop of ice cream looking slightly lonely on top. I've had bad brownies in the past - it always amazes me how it's possible to combine so much butter, eggs, sugar and chocolate and yet produce something utterly devoid of flavour with the texture of sawdust. This was one of those brownies.
Add in to the mix that our waiter appeared to be playing a game of "do the exact opposite of what we request", the overall experience was massively disappointing, and I won't be going to any Biacraft...
Read moreIf we talk about the brand “ Bia Craft “, then I like this beer house. From the brunch located in the 3rd district, the impressions were bad. I always leave a tip, but this time I didn't. Forget about the brand, dirty plates and glasses will be on your table until you ask the waiters to remove them. The waiters don’t have idea about the menu and beer, you ask them about the availability of lager, they point their finger to the Ale or IPA. Unlike other brunches in D3 the terrace has different furniture, cheap iron bar stools, unlike armchairs in other areas. You can’t sit for a long time, even if you want to, very uncomfortable furniture!!! and in the end, the valet will demand money from you for free parking on the street ... in general, I sincerely don’t recommend the Bia Craft in d3. I will continue to visit this brand in other locations, where there is excellent staff, comfortable furniture and...
